Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to paid subscriptions for the MakePodcast service, operated by Eitan Elnekave(a sole proprietor registered in Israel trading as "MakePodcast"). The sale and payment processing are handled by Polar Software, Inc.("Polar"), acting as our Merchant of Record; Polar's terms also apply to your purchase.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time through your account settings or via Polar. Cancelling stops auto-renewal and prevents any further charges. Your access and any remaining plan credits continue to work until the end of the current paid period you have already paid for.

3. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time: cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep full access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

4. Your legal rights & Polar

Where the law gives you additional refund or withdrawal rights (for example, consumer withdrawal rights), those rights always apply. Because Polar is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, Polar may also handle or issue refunds directly and may contact you about any billing dispute.
