Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: July 2026
1. General
The MakePodcast Affiliate Program is operated by Eitan Elnekave (a registered sole proprietor in Israel doing business as "MakePodcast"). Joining the program, including submitting an application on the affiliate partners page, constitutes agreement to these terms. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion.
2. Commission
Partners earn 30% of every net payment (after refunds and chargebacks) made by a customer who arrived through the partner's link, during that customer's first 12 months. Attribution is last-click with a 60 day tracking window from the click. Different terms may apply where agreed with a specific partner in writing.
3. Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly, during the first week of each month, by PayPal or bank transfer, after a 30 day hold that covers refunds. The minimum payout is $50; smaller balances roll over to the next month. Any transfer or payment processing fees (such as PayPal or bank transfer fees) are deducted from the payout, so the amount received is the commission balance less those fees. Payouts are made in US dollars; where the receiving account uses a different currency, conversion happens at the payment provider's rates and any conversion costs are borne by the partner. Partners must provide accurate, up-to-date payout details; if a transfer fails or is returned because of incorrect details, the extra fees incurred are deducted from the reissued payout. If a payment that already generated a paid commission is later refunded or charged back, we may offset the corresponding amount against future payouts. Partners are responsible for providing an invoice or receipt where required.
4. What does not count
Self-referrals (purchases by the partner or accounts they control), spam, paid ads on our brand keywords (for example "MakePodcast"), coupon sites, and signups obtained deceptively earn no commission and may end participation in the program. Commissions generated by such activity are void, and we may withhold pending payouts while a suspected violation is reviewed.
5. Disclosure
Partners must label promotional content according to platform rules and applicable law, including the #ad tag or the platform's paid partnership label.
6. Termination and changes
Either side may end participation at any time. Commissions properly earned before termination are still paid. We may update these terms with prior notice; continuing to use the partner link after an update constitutes acceptance.
7. Partner status
Partners act as independent contractors, are not employees or agents of MakePodcast, and are solely responsible for their own taxes. Questions: team@makepodcast.app. The service itself is governed by the Terms of Service.
